Terms

These terms apply to orders placed on the Columbia Wine Co. online store, operated from 4038 Broadway, New York, NY 10032. By placing an order you agree to them.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to buy alcohol from us. A valid government-issued photo ID is checked at pickup and on delivery. We may cancel any order if we can’t verify age or if the person receiving it appears intoxicated.

Orders and availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Inventory changes in store throughout the day; if an item sells out we’ll contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable discounts. Sales tax and any delivery fee are added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Pickup and delivery

Orders are available for in-store pickup or local delivery only. See our Shipping Policy and Local Delivery Policy for details.

Returns

All sales are final once an order has been picked up or delivered. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us the same day and we’ll make it right.
